So, it's been awhile...

3.24.2013

So, my mother informed me the other day that I hadn't blogged in a while. She even knew the exact date of my last post--February 18th. Yikes! I promise that one day I'm going to get it together and get this blog-o of mine rolling again! Perhaps, that day could even be exactly one month from today when I go to my last grad class ever! No promises, but I'm super hopeful!

I was also recently reminded about the reason why I started this blog in the first place--the fact that I have the worst memory! Kyle and I were talking about our upcoming anniversary (3 years, whoop whoop!), and we could not for the life of us even remember what we had done for our 2 year anniversary. Good thing I blogged about it...sike! Looking back at my posts from last April, I didn't even post about what we did to celebrate. Shame on me!

This is why I am recommitting myself to documenting my life. Clearly, the memories aren't always sticking in my mind!

March so far has been a little bit of a roller coaster--

Anxiety & Stress = constant pressure in chest = a couple Dr.'s visits

Great quality time with the hubs...fun dates, Friends marathons, cuddles, and card games

My sweet grandmother had a 2-week span in which she was in and out of the ER and eventually was admitted to the hospital...luckily she is home and doing well, now!

Student teacher has been full-time teaching = more free time for me at school

Grad school projects and papers galore= major time suck (therefore negating above stated free time)

Fun trip to Wilmington to see my family & Kyle's...also got to sneak in a girls' lunch with my mom, my lovey, Ash, and her mom, sister, & aunt!

Lots of mean shenanigans going on in my classroom = sad teacher

Good times with friends...game nights, happy hour, brunches, and a couple of pasta dinners = happy heart

See the trend...up, down, up, down, up, down goes the roller coaster of my life.

Perhaps, we all feel that way at times.

But, through it all, I've been so blessed by the wonderful, amazing people in my life. And, oh, how I have grown through the craziness!

Here's to me taking the time to write more about my roller coaster of a life...the good, the bad, and the ugly!
